INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Mantx. We provide a comprehensive end-to-end business management tool designed for the tree care industry, offering features such as CRM, crew management, estimation, billing, QuickBooks synchronization, product and service management, job costing, dispatching, and change order management. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our software and services (“Service”).

SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT

The Service is priced at $250 per month per company and $50 per month per user. We offer a discount for annual payments. Customers will be billed for the maximum number of users registered during the billing period. This ensures that billing accurately reflects your usage of the Service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY

While we do not currently comply with specific data protection standards such as GDPR or CCPA, we commit to keeping your data private and secure. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include illegal activities, data scraping, sharing accounts, and any actions that could harm the Service or other users.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, system updates, or other reasons. No SLA is provided at this time.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment or violation of these Terms. In the event of termination, we will provide a 90-day notice before terminating your account and permanently deleting your data. This notice period is intended to give you ample time to retrieve any necessary information from the Service. Your account can be managed and, if necessary, cancelled through the client portal or by contacting customer service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mantx, LLC is not liable for any lost profits, revenues, data, or financial losses. We disclaim all liability for any loss of data or missed work due to system failures or data inaccuracies.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration association.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify our terms of service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and by sending the terms to you by email.
