Official Rules: Mantx TCI EXPO 2026 Chainsaw Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Mantx LLC, 231 Tanner Drive, Taylors, SC 29687 ("Sponsor" or "Mantx").
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count.
3. Who Can Enter
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
Not eligible: employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and of Schneider Tree Care, their affiliates and agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each.
You do not need to attend TCI EXPO 2026 to enter.
4. How to Enter
Form entry (1 entry). Visit the Giveaway page at mantx.com and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, company name, role, and state, and agree to these Official Rules. Limit one (1) form entry per person and per email address.
Bonus entry (1 additional entry). If you have submitted a form entry, you may earn one (1) bonus entry by doing both of the following during the Entry Period: (a) follow Mantx on Instagram (@mantxsoftware) or Facebook (Mantx); and (b) post a public photo on Instagram or Facebook that shows Mantx swag (sticker, cup, or koozie), tags @mantxsoftware, and includes #RunOnMantx. Provide your Instagram or Facebook handle on the entry form so Sponsor can match your follow and post. Following on both platforms, or posting more than once, still earns only one (1) bonus entry. Sponsor will verify the follow and post at the time of drawing. A bonus entry that cannot be verified, or a post that is private, deleted, or made outside the Entry Period, will not count.
Maximum entries. Each person may receive no more than two (2) total entries: one (1) form entry and one (1) bonus entry.
By posting, you confirm the photo is your own and you have permission from anyone shown in it, and you allow Sponsor to share it on its social media and website.
Entries made by anyone other than the entrant, or by automated means, scripts, or multiple or fake email addresses or accounts, are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tries to exceed the entry limit.
5. Prize
One (1) prize: a Husqvarna 550i XP® chainsaw. The prize is provided "as is" with only the manufacturer's standard warranty. No cash substitute, transfer, or exchange, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
The winner pays all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not listed here. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about December 4, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address on the entry form and may also be contacted by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. Sponsor will never ask for payment to claim a prize. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release, and provide a Form W-9. If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be shipped to the winner at a U.S. address, or picked up by arrangement with Sponsor, within approximately 30 days after winner verification.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, company name, city, state, and likeness in promotional materials, including Sponsor's website and social media, without further pay or approval. Sponsor may announce the winner on Instagram and Facebook.
9. Privacy and Marketing Emails
Information collected through the entry form is used to run the Giveaway and, if you stay subscribed, to send you Mantx marketing emails. Sponsor will not sell your information. See Sponsor's Privacy Policy for details. To ask what information Sponsor has about you or to have it deleted, email info@mantx.com. The entry form includes a pre-checked box to receive marketing emails from Mantx. You may uncheck this box before submitting, and doing so does not affect your entry or chances of winning. If you stay subscribed, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any Mantx email.
10. Social Platforms
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from all liability related to the Giveaway. Questions or comments about the Giveaway must go to Sponsor, not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
Husqvarna is a trademark of its owner. Husqvarna is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse or administer, this Giveaway.
11. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters. Sponsor may disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of a technical problem, fraud, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, end, or modify the Giveaway and award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action was taken.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Schneider Tree Care, and their affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from entering the Giveaway or receiving, using, or misusing the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; or errors in these rules or Giveaway materials. A chainsaw is a powered cutting tool. The winner is responsible for using it safely, with appropriate protective equipment and in line with the manufacturer's instructions.
13. Disputes and Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
14. Winner's Name
To get the winner's first name and state, send an email to info@mantx.com with the subject line "TCI Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
