This policy explains what information Mantx LLC ("Mantx," "we," "us") collects through mantx.com and related pages, such as our contact, demo, and giveaway forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be easy to read. If you have a question, email info@mantx.com.
This policy covers our website. Information you or your company enter into the Mantx software at app.mantx.com is covered by your Mantx customer agreement.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on our site, such as a contact request, demo request, or giveaway entry, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title or role, state, social media handle, and your message.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers use cookies and similar tools to collect basic information like the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, your browser and device type, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We use HubSpot for this, and it may connect your visits to the information you give us in a form.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and set up demos you request
- To run giveaways and promotions, including picking and contacting winners
- To send you emails about Mantx, if you've opted in (see section 4)
- To understand how people use our site so we can improve it
- To keep our site secure and follow the law
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with companies that help us run our business, such as HubSpot (our customer relationship and email platform) and our website hosting provider. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
4. Marketing emails
If you opt in, we may send you emails with Mantx news, product updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@mantx.com. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about a request you made, such as a demo you booked.
5. Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our site will still work, but some features, like remembering you between visits, may not.
6. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@mantx.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's law, and we'll honor them.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as staying in touch or running a giveaway, or as required by law. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
